Open Call #1 – DEVELOP for PME and startups
The Horizon 2020 project, DEMETER, has announced the launch of its 1st Open Call, DEVELOP, which aims to attract and engage start-ups and SMEs to develop technology products that can be implemented within the agro-business sector.
Applicants must submit their proposals for one of the five topics below:
- Soil workability and humidity monitoring
- Interoperable Geo Tagged Photo App
- ISOBUS enabler
- Blockchain-based solutions for agricultural applications
- DEMETER Business process integration (BPM)
DEMETER will provide equity-free funding of €300,000 in total, to support the integration and interoperability of these technology solutions on farms throughout Europe.
DEMETER is a large-scale deployment of farmer-centric, interoperable, smart farming-IoT based platforms delivered through a series of 20 pilots across 18 countries.
Who should apply?
The target audience of DEMETER Open Call #1 – DEVELOP are SMEs who are legally established in an EU Member State, H2020 associated countries or Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) linked to the Member States.
