Honda-Japan delegation visits INESC TEC
On 4 October, INESC TEC welcomed a delegation from Honda-Japan. The purpose of this visit was to promote joint projects in the near future.

During the visit, the Japanese delegation had the opportunity to contact with the INESC TEC reality, including what is being done in robotics, telecommunications and multimedia. The visitors, on the other hand, presented what they are developing in the robot audition area.
This visit came after João Oliveira, a researcher at INESC TEC’s Telecommunications and Multimedia Unit (UTM), worked as an intern at that Japanese institution. The meeting was an opportunity to discuss the current status of the cooperation and the development of joint projects.
