INESC Porto collaborates with WIPRO Retail
The Information and Communication Systems Unit (USIC) has recently started a project with WIPRO Retail for the development of a wiki-based knowledge base. The aim of this project is to support the elaboration of presentations.

WIPRO Retail started at ENABLER, a spin-off of Modelo Continente's Information Systems Department, a retail solutions provider, acquired in 2006 by the Indian multinational WIPRO. WIPRO Retail specializes in retail solutions using Oracle Retail. The company already has a few dozen implementations worldwide in the food, fashion and DIY retail sectors.
The project's team is set up by Ademar Aguiar (project leader) and Paulo Melo.
