INESC Porto signs agreement with Brazilian university
An FCT/CAPES Cooperation Agreement has recently been signed between the Telecommunications and Multimedia Unit (UTM) of INESC Porto and the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (Brazil).

This two-year duration agreement aims at facilitating the exchange of researchers from both institutions who will be integrated in Advanced Training activities (doctoral or post-doctoral). The intention is to encourage joint research in different areas related to multimedia research, interpretation and information retrieval, and music signals in particular.
