INESC TEC forms Consortium with A.T. Kearney
In January 2012, the Power Systems Unit at INESC TEC formed a consortium with A.T. Kearney to conduct the study: “Recommendations for a sustainable strategy for energy efficiency and exploration of renewable energy in Portugal”.

The key objective of the study is to analyse the challenges of the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy policies and recommend a sustainable strategy for Portugal that is realistic and viable in light of the economic and technology climate that will mark the following decade.
The study will take three months and was funded by the Innovation Support Fund (FAI) that supports renewable energy and energy efficiency projects, promoting innovation and technological development and strengthening the national business fabric.
A.T Kearney is a marketing and consulting company that has worked with key Portuguese companies in different sectors, such as transport and infrastructure, telecommunications, energy, distribution and high consumption, banking and pharmaceuticals.
