Izaro Grey wins National Innovation Prize

Exponor – Porto’s International Exhibition, Robótica magazine and the members of the jury of the 3rd edition of the Innovation Contest awarded the Innovation Prize (Nicola Tesla) to Izaro Grey.

The objective of this contest was to develop and present new products that incorporate national and international innovation.

For the award of this prize, innovative aspects in the design, functionality and operability of the product were evaluated. The originality and incorporation of recent R&D results, namely the association to national and international R&D institutions, were important factors considered.

Izaro Grey’s Scheduler and Optimiser is sold in Portugal by Softi9 and in Spain by i68 and it was developed by a partnership made of these companies and INESC Porto. Izaro Grey uses a multi-criteria algorithm developed by INESC Porto which is fast and innovative, capable of scheduling a great number of operations in a short period of time. It is integrated with the Izaro Net range of products and other ERPs.
