UTM has one more Phd
Since 29th of May Telecommunications and Multimedia Unit has one more Phd.

Jaime Cardoso obtain the Phd degree from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto (FEUP), Departamento de Electrotecnia, and it was aproved unanimously.
The theme was the area of signal processing and audio-visual, and it was entitled "Metadata Assisted Image Segmentation". The work was supervised by Luís Corte Real.
