Last May, INESC TEC has opened the research programme MAT – Media Arts and Technology. The purpose with this programme is to promote collaboration opportunities in the area of MAT. The programme will be concluded in June 2015.

The results will be presented as part of the ICIAR 2013 - International Conference on Image Analysis and Recognition, which will take place in Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal, between 26 and 28 June.

On 24 May, INESC TEC’s Telecommunications and Multimedia Unit (UTM) organised a meeting on project SENSEIVER – Low-cost and energy-efficient LTCC sensor/IR-UWB transceiver solutions for sustainable healthy environment.
