About

Grasiela is an Executive Assistant at INESC TEC, currently supporting the Centre for Enterprise Systems Engineering, the Centre for Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship, and the Network and Communications Service. She has been a Secretariat Coordinator since 2016, supervising the team of assistants while managing partnerships with partners and suppliers and developing both teams along with the institution, focusing on continuous improvement. Since 2021, she has grown this task with Ana Isabel Oliveira. For the past 18 years, she has collaborated with several projects/initiatives like the MIT Portugal Program (at FEUP), UTEN Portugal Network, INESC TEC's Brazil Office and INESC P&D Brazil, which lead to a vast experience in project and team management, events organization, travel arrangements, process analysis for improvement, welcoming teams, being an enthusiast and team player by nature. She has a degree in Assisting Management from ISCAP since 2005, having developed several professional pieces of training in Time Management, Project Management, Business Protocol and Public Relations, Leadership and Team Management, Data Protection, Immigration Law, Emotional Intelligence and Managing Stress.
