I am an HR professional with more than 16 years' experience. I have had a mixed experience of working as a consultant (Deloitte), HR departments (Novabase and OLAmobile) and external HR servives provider, where I designed and implemented HR processes (competency modelling and assessment, training, job descriptions, performance appraisal, recruitment), HR systems (Cezanne and SAP PD) and manage HR administrative tasks (contracts, absences, vacations, among others). I consider myself an analytical thinker with solid HR content and able to establish a good interpersonal relationship. I value transparency, feedback and expectations alignment.
