This project in a first phase focuses on the characterization of the company's operating model and the consequent identification of operational improvement opportunities taking into account the best practices that can be explored in the context of its business model (basically a model that follows the ETO (Engineer-To-Order) standard). In a second phase the focus is on defining solutions that will increase the overall level of efficiency and effectiveness in the context of the company's operating model .
