Reorganization of the Production System at ENERGIE Thermodynamic Solar Energy
The project aims to reorganize ENERGIE production system of domestic hot water equipment at the industrial facilities of Laundos-Póvoa de Varzim. The scope of INESC TEC's intervention will be the production planning and the reorganization of the layout of the production lines of the hot water products and will comprise three stages: Diagnosis of the current situation (AS-IS) Design of the future solution (TO-BE) Support to the implementation of the future solution (Working TO_BE).
