Abstract
This paper aims to analyze the negative perception about the ability to generate value from a Governance System (GS). A model that would explain the reason for the less positive perception regarding the ability to generate value from the GS of the organizations, from the analysis of the relationship between the constructs Hybridism, GS, Accountability and Perception of Value based on IR, was proposed and validated with structural equation modeling (SEM), based on 658 responses from professionals of Brazilian organizations from the public, private and non-profit sectors. It is suggested that conflicts related to organizational hybridism negatively influence the results orientation of the GS, which in turn influences the imbalance of its Accountability. As a result of the GS's loss of results orientation, and considering the IR capitals in the disclosure of results, there is a negative perception of the GS's ability to add value to the results.

Abstract
This article seeks to describe the social representations of Brazilians about the term Governance System (GS). The data were collected through online questionnaires answered by 665 social actors from Brazil. The data analysis used the Social Representation Theory (SRT), operationalized by the techniques of free evocation of words and the Four Houses Framework of Verges, followed by lexical and content analysis. It was identified that in the center of the table there are words highly shared by the social actors about the Governance System: Accountability, Administration, Compliance, Control, Management, Organization, Planning, Processes, Transparency, and Ethics. It is concluded that Accountability is conceived as a structuring element for the effectiveness of the GS. The data suggest the existence of a mute zone in the social representation, since there was a scarcity of words that brought negative expressions about the GS and that deserve future investigations.

INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND WORLD ECOLOGY

Abstract
Sustainability in project management is an emerging and evolving field of study, in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Sustainability in project management is immersed in many goals and targets, and is also echoed in many other goals and targets. In this sense, the goal of this research was to analyse how to incorporate sustainability issues and Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs as critical success factors for project management and propose a sustainable project management model. The developed conceptual model contains the variables related to the identified barriers and motivation factors for the integration of sustainability with project management. It presents seven hypotheses and five constructs: Sustainable Development Goals; Interested Parties; Sustainable Companies; Sustainable Project Management Methodology and Sustainable Project. The proposed model and its constructs' relationships were validated using a structural equation model, across more than 400 valid questionnaires, completed by project management professionals from all around the world. The main result of the study indicates that for sustainability to become an integer part of project management, the dissemination and use of a sustainable project management methodology that considers the SDGs - Sustainable Development Goals by companies and professional associations, encouraging professionals to be trained and certified in these sustainable methodologies, is necessary.

SUSTAINABILITY

Abstract
In the last few decades, Portugal has witnessed an extraordinary quantitative and qualitative transformation in housing provision. The pace of housing construction was so extensive that the contemporary real estate market is currently characterized by an excessive supply, vis-a-vis the resident population. In this study, we discuss the impact of the financial process on the housing sector in comparison with tenancy. We consider transaction prices of the housing assignments, either through acquisition or through tenancy. The recent shock resulting from the pandemic situation did not slow down house prices but caused a slight drop in rents. The model used proposes to analyze the fluctuations in prices and rents in the face of external shocks. In the residential market, the estimation is complex due to the many heterogeneous attributes of residential assets. Non-fluctuating variables, such as size, location, and external demand for homes, explain a large part of the variation in price levels included in the model.

Abstract
Data Science is a tool for organizations to accelerate the development of innovative solutions through collaboration among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), leading to the Industry 4.0 approach. Data is essential in decision-making. Many organizations can't access timely relevant information because they don't own it or there is a lack of collaboration among third parties. Often, data-sharing and collaborative approaches can benefit both, increase the market they operate in, and accelerate innovation. This paper identifies and analyzes the current utility of Data Science for Industry 4.0 from an Open Design perspective to accelerate innovation across different industries. © 2022 The Author(s).

Organizational Integration of Enterprise Systems and Resources: Advancements and Applications

Abstract
The new (e)commerce/(e)business paradigms forced enterprises to undertake important transformations and reorganizations. It happened with the web and will be repeated in the Cloud and social networks, following Eric Schmidt's (Google CEO) thoughts, "better thinking now on WWC - World Wide Computer, that is, what is behind u-commerce, ubiquity". The tourism is no more only a traditional commercial activity but ever more social- and information-oriented. The tourism services need to be effective to be aligned with tourist requirements. The globalization and easy access allows tourists to change their plans constantly. Dynamic services reconfiguration and resulting impact on their information systems need to be supported. The theme here presented explores new tourism services requirements as the ubiquity and dynamic reconfiguration, new brokering mechanisms, and reliable integration processes, and humanto-human synchronous collaboration allow the natural involvement of the tourist on the co-creation of his activity plan with other agents (humans). © 2012, IGI Global.
