Abstract
Due to the value and diversity of data that organizations use and produce in their activity, it is extremely important to protect this asset. Security flaws can arise due to several factors and whenever it is difficult to access the desired information because of technological barriers. In this case, attacks are redirected to the exploitation of human beings vulnerabilities through various techniques. The objective of this work focuses on literature review, studying the underlying theme of Social Engineering, as it uses human trust, convincing someone of something fake, using various interactions and different vectors to gain access to private information. Design Science Research will support the research work due to the possibility of construction, evaluation, and subsequent validation of the artefact. The contribution of a framework proposal for preventing social engineering attacks in organizations and providing the best recommendations, guiding, and supporting the stakeholders in the selection and definition of controls that guarantee the security of organizational information and avoid possible attacks by Social Engineering. It is expected that the practical effects of the future work will result in a reduction in the number of attacks using Social Engineering, greater individual and collective preparation to deal with this problem and, over time, the incentive to the continued expansion of the adoption of these artefacts at the organizational level.

Abstract
IoT devices that perform translation are often closed proprietary systems which offer no, or very limited, possibilities of being freely integrated with other IoT devices or systems/platforms and cannot be easily updated. The objective of this paper is to offer a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to find and synthesise articles on IoT applications in machine translation and potential integration and interoperability functionalities, along with challenges that arise from it. This research identified IoT based projects/devices that implemented machine translation solutions, including ones that resorted to low-cost devices such as the raspberry pi, as well as challenges faced by IoT devices when it comes to integration/interoperability. The findings in this paper provide a way to become more familiar with IoT based machine translation devices/projects and IoT integration/interoperability challenges, as well as proposing new paths for research.

ICSBT: PROCEEDINGS OF THE 19TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON SMART BUSINESS TECHNOLOGIES
Abstract
With the significant increase of technology-based newer competitors and the digital economy reshaping the global economic environment, it is undoubtful that the market is becoming aggressively more demanding for small and medium enterprises, which is a strong driver of their need to adopt new digital technologies and transform their businesses. Events such as the COVID-19 pandemic have accelerated the online engagement of consumers, and that also means that digital transformation might not only be about the digitalisation of internal processes and reshaping of business models but as well, and not least relevant, the Strategies used by SMEs to position themselves in the market and maximise the value of digital marketing to regain competitiveness and reposition their products.

Abstract
In this paper we discuss collaborative learning strategies based on the use of digital stories in corporate training and lifelong learning. The text starts with a concise review on theoretical and technical foundations about the use of digital technologies in collaborative strategies in lifelong learning. We will also discuss if the corporate training may be improved by the use of individual audio-visual experience in learning process. Careful planning, scripting and production of audio-visual digital stories can help in the construction of collaborative learning spaces in which adults are in the context of vocational training throughout life. Our analysis concludes emphasizing on the need to experience the routing performance of digital stories in the context of corporate training, following the reference levels mentioned here, so we can have in a future more theoretical and empirical elements for the validation and conceptualization in the use of digital stories in the context of corporate training. Ultimately we believe that lifelong learning can be improved with the use of strategies that promote the production of personal audio-visual for those involved in teaching and learning process in organizational context. Abstract
The main objective of continuing education for trainers is to promote the updating, improvement, and
acquisition of new didactic and pedagogical skills that cover different fields of action, namely the
design, development, and implementation of training programs in the field of research and
experimentation of new approaches and methodologies applied to diversified audiences and contexts,
especially in e-Learning and b-Learning environments.
To fulfill these competencies, the IEFP National Centre for Trainer Qualification (CNQF), besides
managing and coordinating the training and certification system for trainers in Portugal, has been
developing a modular structure for the Initial Pedagogical Training of Trainers and the Continuous
Pedagogical Training of the Distance Trainer (e-Trainer) to contribute to the acquisition and
development of pedagogical and technical competences of trainers that will contribute to raising the
standards of quality of the training provided.
Technological innovation and evolution launch new challenges to Trainers requiring a great effort to
adapt and master both from the point of view of pedagogical models and communication processes in
learning environments and digital content. This new Continuous Pedagogical Training Referential in
Digital Content for Self-Learning (e-Content) was designed in this context. It explores the pedagogical
and technological dimensions of producing digital content for distance learning environments.
This article presents the fundamentals of this framework, its application, and validation in a case study
supported by two e-Content training courses. With this case study and in a perspective of continuous
improvement, we intend to understand how the modular structure of the adopted framework influences
the results obtained by the trainees of the e-Content training courses and their degree of satisfaction.

Abstract
Currently, business organizations are struggling with the increasing demand for learning needs to address their knowledge gaps. They must have a structure that can reach all employees in terms of training and extract all the important data which is collected by Learning Management Systems during the instruction or learning process. This data will be of extreme importance for better business decisions. In this paper, it is presented a Systematic Literature Review with their respective phases duly explained and framed in the topic. It allowed us to understand the benefits, challenges, enablers, and inhibitors of the deployment and usage of a specified Teaching-Learning Analytics Framework. Finally, it is concluded, that the development of a reference model, could fulfill this gap in knowledge and help business organizations to allocate resources better and improve the decision-making process as well as an instructional and learning process. To achieve the final goal of this research, future work about the development of a Survey Research methodology will be started to fulfill this gap of knowledge.
