Human Resources
The Human Resources service coordinates and executes all activities pertaining to human resources administrative management and to the implementation of HR related policies, according to the applicable law, internal regulations and guidelines provided by the Board. Specific duties include the follow-up and management of INESC TEC’s employee insurances, namely Health Insurance, Personal Accidents and Work Accidents, as well as the follow-up and control of the services provided by the Safety and Health at Work company hired by INESC TEC.
