Boosting flexibility in smart power systems via improved monitoring of transmission lines and local energy hubs

The Centre for Power and Energy Systems (CPES) and the Energy cluster are organizing the sixth webinar from the "Power and Energy Webinar Series" on March 26, at 3 p.m..

During each webinar, researchers present and discuss ideas, expected and/or achieved results that are related to the energy systems of the future.

In this session, the panel of speakers will feature Tarso Vilela Ferreira, researcher at INESC P&D Brasil, and Mohammad Javadi, researcher at CPES, delivering two presentations on the "Transmission line monitoring: the paradigms broken by Teccon II" and "Flexibility Provision by Multi-Carrier Energy Systems to Local Energy Communities" topics, respectively. Vladimiro Miranda, Associate Director at INESC TEC and Director-President of INESC P&D Brasil, will be in charge of the moderation.
