Power & Energy Webinar Series – Decision-aid mechanism to improve TSO-DSO cooperation – the flexibility area concept

Following the "Power and Energy Webinar Series" initiative, the Centre for Power and Energy Systems (CPES) and the Energy cluster are organizing the  "Decision-aid mechanism to improve TSO-DSO cooperation – the flexibility area concept" webinar on May 21, at 3 p.m..

During each session, researchers present and discuss ideas, expected and / or achieved results that are related to the energy systems of the future.

In the seventh edition, the panel of speakers will feature João Silva, researcher at CPES, and Jean Sumaili, affiliated researcher at CPES, who will deliver the presentations "Promoting TSO-DSO cooperation by estimating the flexibility at their interfaces" and "Searching for flexibility sub-areas via a metaheuristic approach in presence of discrete variables", respectively. Ricardo Bessa, Coordinator at CPES, will be in charge of the moderation.
