The project aims to support ETMA in implementing the ERP Primavera in the Production and Internal Logistics business processes. As specific objectives, two types of actions are proposed, supporting two aspects of innovation considered in the production innovation project:             In the field of organizational innovation, support in managing the implementation of ERP Primavera production management modules and implementing an advanced APS production scheduling tool integrated with ETMA ERP.             In the field of process innovation, support for the implementation of an IIoT platform for the integration of plant floor equipment with the ERP management system.
