Abstract
The requirements of a software are the characteristics of the system, being identified based on information provided by the users or by experts in the business; and the effective management of this information is essential to ensure that the system meets the needs of those who will use it. According to research, one of the problems that negatively impacts the software development process is related to the conduction of the project requirements management activity. And in order to alleviate this problem, we carried out a research to verify if taxonomies, as tools used by the area of information management, can be applied in the context of requirements management. For this, we developed a taxonomy to meet a real software project and the results were evaluated in relation to its complexity, satisfaction, resources involved and adaptability. The present research is characterized in terms of nature as an applied research, aiming at solving real-world problems; as for the objectives, as exploratory and descriptive; and as for the approach, mixed methods are used, since it combines qualitative and quantitative forms of research in the same study. As for the methodological procedures, the bibliographic research was chosen to understand the concepts related to information management, taxonomies and requirements management. The evaluation results showed that taxonomies can contribute to the activities of the requirements management process and consequently increase the chances of project success.

Abstract
Cognitive Digital Twin (CDT) has been taking considerable attention in several recent studies. CDT is considered as a promising evolution of Digital Twin bringing new smart and cognitive capabilities. Therefore, it is important to understand how companies can exploit this new technology and create new data-driven business models. Considering that context this article aims to identify Smart PSS business model based on Cognitive Digital Twin platforms. To reach this goal a literature review was conducted. As a principal contribution this study brings a set of new business models to offer Smart PSS based on cognitive digital twins. Moreover, the study presents several real cases of companies that are currently using the cognitive capabilities supplied by edge companies of the digital twin technologies. © 2022, IFIP International Federation for Information Processing.

SUPPLY CHAIN FORUM

Abstract
Recent studies have highlighted the potential of supply chain visibility (SCV) to improve companies' performance, support the decision-making process and increase the resilience and sustainability of supply chains (SC). However, the definition and the approaches to manage visibility are not consensual, especially when it comes to its assessment. This paper studies the influence that some characteristics of the information shared among SC partners have on SCV and provides a model that allows to assess the level of visibility. Focus group research was used to discuss the visibility assessment model with academic and practical experts and case studies were conducted to evaluate the implementation of the model in real contexts. The results support the applicability of the model in complex SCs and show that the visibility indices proposed can help managers to identify the SC partners where improvement actions are needed. This study contributes to literature and practice by means of a model to assess the visibility throughout the SC by considering different types and characteristics of the information shared.

Abstract
Recently, we have been observing a significant evolution in products, machines, and manufacturing processes, towards a more digital and interoperable reality. In this sense, the power transformers sector has also been evolving to develop smart transformers for the future, capable of providing the digital capabilities to leverage new services and features that follow its entire life cycle, from the design and manufacturing to the use and dismantling/recycling. In this sense, this paper aims to present and demonstrate how an innovative digital twin platform can be used in a secure and trustable way for the enhancement of the power transformers’ performance and potential lifespan, enabling, at the same time, the promotion of new business models. A real use case is also presented to demonstrate the applicability of Asset Administration Shells (AAS) for power transformer life cycle management, as well as the use of the International Data Spaces (IDS) for the secure and trustable horizontal interoperability along with the different actors of the value chain, from the manufacturers to the power network and maintenance services companies.

Abstract
The present paper focuses on the topic of Communities & Networks but it also covers some issues on Collaborative Enterprises, Collaborative Processes & Workspaces, and Business to Business Networks. It is based mainly on the Collective project Know Construct (COLL-CT-2004-500276) starting in March 2005. The project aims to develop a common internet-based platform for SMEs from the construction sector to provide an effective combination of two general functionalities: an innovative decision making support system regarding the products characteristics, applications and other consultancy services for SMEs' customers applying the 'web enabled dialogue', and a system for SMEs to support an advanced form of co-operation through the creation of Knowledge Communities of SMEs in Construction Industry. The system supports the integration, management and reuse of the area specific knowledge via a common knowledge base. The system is intended to be used within the Associations to collect and exchange the business area specific knowledge among the members (SMEs) in a form of essential expertise, reachable anywhere, at any time. © 2006 IEEE.
