Abstract
Business Continuity Management (BCM) encompasses effective planning to respond to business interruptions and relaunch business in the short term. This study follows the Design Science Research methodology and proposes a framework to systematise Business Continuity Management and streamline the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) design and implementation. The framework defines metrics providing strategical guidance and assessment of the Business Continuity Management initiatives. The framework provides a Business Continuity Management Model, an Implementation Guide, a Self-Assessment System, and a Measurement System. The model was developed based on a systematic literature review and guidelines from Business Continuity Management frameworks and standards. In the first iteration, we demonstrated and evaluated the framework through a Focus Group with experts in Business Continuity Management. In the second iteration, it was used and evaluated by professionals with responsibilities in Business Continuity Plan implementation, representing various business sectors. As a result, the framework is useful and complete, effective and enhances governance and is scalable and adaptable to organisations. This study concludes that the framework adds value to Business Continuity Management monitoring, gaps identification, and practitioner's guidance on what needs to be planned, done, checked and acted to manage continuity.

Abstract
The fast-changing behaviour of people in metropolitan areas is creating several challenges to local authorities in managing the urban space. These changes are strongly related to the evolution of technology and its adoption by companies and citizens. Current regulations need, therefore, to be rapidly updated to respond to the new urban dynamics. However, the gap between local authorities and citizens and the communication difficulties are increasing as urban centres grow, creating obstacles to innovation and hindering the deployment of new mobility solutions. The low levels of participation in public consultation actions decrease the quality of new policies, as well as their acceptance by the community. Not only do cities need to be reinvented, but local authorities also need to rethink how to interact with citizens, competing for attention in a digital world. Although digital tools are easily accessible, they are not available to everyone, and municipalities need to consider both digital and non-digital interactions to ensure that all citizens can participate. In this work, we analyse and compare a set of measures that municipalities have been adopting to increase citizens' engagement, and we develop a methodology to help local authorities increase public participation and improve citizens' commitment towards the city.

Abstract
The process of digital transformation is based on horizontal and vertical strategies, along with models and technologies used to share information and analyse data that supports decision making. In this context, sharing information securely and intelligibly using standardized architectures is crucial for the digital transformation journey of the companies. This article describes the International Data Spaces as a disruptive model for sharing information inside a network. This work will be evaluated within marketplaces platforms scope. © 2022 The Author(s).

INNOVATIONS IN INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING

Abstract
This paper deals with multi-objective location-routing problems involving distribution centres and a set of customers. It proposes a new two-stage solution method that comprehends the concept of sectorization. Distribution centres are opened, and the corresponding opening cost is calculated. A subset of customers is assigned to each of them and, in this way, sectors are formed. The objective functions in assigning customers to distribution centres are the total deviation in demands of sectors and the total deviation in total distance of customers from centroid of sectors, which must be minimized Afterward, a route is determined for each sector to meet the demands of customers. At this stage, the objective function is the total distance on the routes in the sectors, that must be minimized Benchmarks are defined for the problem and the results acquired with the two-stage method are compared to those obtained with NSGA-II. It is observed that NSGA-II can achieve many non-dominated solutions.

TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION IN LEARNING, TEACHING AND EDUCATION, TECH-EDU 2022

Abstract
Currently, business organizations are struggling with the increasing demand for learning needs to address their knowledge gaps. They must have a structure that can reach all employees in terms of training and extract all the important data which is collected by Learning Management Systems during the instruction or learning process. This data will be of extreme importance for better business decisions. In this paper, it is presented a Systematic Literature Review with their respective phases duly explained and framed in the topic. It allowed us to understand the benefits, challenges, enablers, and inhibitors of the deployment and usage of a specified Teaching-Learning Analytics Framework. Finally, it is concluded, that the development of a reference model, could fulfill this gap in knowledge and help business organizations to allocate resources better and improve the decision-making process as well as an instructional and learning process. To achieve the final goal of this research, future work about the development of a Survey Research methodology will be started to fulfill this gap of knowledge.

Abstract
E-Learning has been widely implemented in educational institutions to improve the learning process and meet the new challenges imposed by technology in the 21st century. The implementation and use of learning management systems (LMS) in organizations have grown exponentially in recent years and have strongly impacted education, especially in higher education. The present systematic review aims to identify studies and research topics that are being addressed to improve the learning process in the e-Learning context in higher education institutions and map the studies on the implementation and use of LMS. The review process examined 30 articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria on the topic over the past five years, adopting Kitchenham's systematic review design methodology. The results showed that technology alone would not be enough for e-Learning to become a dominant teaching standard. The digital literacy of the stakeholders is crucial in this process.
