Abstract
This paper presents a proposal for the management, mentoring and training activities for employees of an organization. The training activities normally take place indoors; however, the nomadic life of some employees often makes difficult their training. Thus, the proposal takes into account the internal trainees and those who for various circumstances may not do so presentially. The use of heterogeneous mobile devices was further concerns the design proposal, since it is not always possible that all learners have the same type of platform, making it even more complicated if the organization allow BYOD. This proposal includes the development of two server applications, one located inside the organization and the other located in the cloud. The proposed solution will enable mobile interaction between the devices, the internal server and the server located in the cloud.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to propose new model for emotional interaction that uses learning styles and student emotional state to adapt the user interface and learning path. This aims to reduce the difficulty and emotional stain that students encounter while interacting with learning platforms. To this end will be used techniques of Affective Computer that can capture the student emotional state and base on that change the course parameters (flow, organization or difficulty) or even an emotional interaction in order to recapture the student attention.

Abstract
Study and conception of systems that help to the birth of new ideas, products and solutions has an ever increasing importance. One potentially attractive way is to use exist-ent creativity techniques of proven utility to generate new ideas that help companies' competitiveness. In this arti-cle, we resume the" Creative Information System and Creative Suport Systems(CSS), by presenting a concrete architetural proposal medeated by computer by Brute Thinking implementation. The study and design of sys-tems that help the birth of new ideas, products and solu-tions are growing in importance. A potentially attractive route is to use existing techniques for creativity and proven useful to generate new ideas that help the compet-itiveness of firms. In this article, we return to the concepts of "Creative System Information" and Creative Support Systems (CSS), presenting a concrete proposal for com-puter-mediated architecture for implementing the tech-nical Brute Thinking.

Abstract
The top management view of organizations tends not to reach consensus on the prioritization of investments in Information Systems, particularly when they must prioritize their impact on overall performance and budget constraints. This paper presents the results of applying CRUDi Framework to a bank. This allows to obtain new indicators to support the decision and alignment of investment priorities in the processes that support the business strategy. The Framework introduces a new method and tools that allow us to gauge the relative importance of Information Systems to the organizations’ businesses. © 2018, Springer International Publishing AG, part of Springer Nature.
