Abstract
Digital Marketing sets a sequence of strategies responsible for maximizing the interaction between companies and their target audience. One of them, known as Customer Success, establishes long-term techniques capable of projecting the sustainable value of a given customer to a company, monitoring the indexers that translate its activities. Therefore, this paper intends to address the need to develop an innovative tool that allows the creation of a temporal knowledge base composed of the behavioral evolution of customers. The CRISP-DM model benefits the processing and modeling of data capable of generating knowledge through the application and combination of the results obtained by machine learning algorithms specialized in time series. Time Series K-Means allows the clustering and differentiation of consumers characterized by their similar habits. Through the formulation of profiles, it is possible to apply forecasting methods that predict the following trends. The proposed solution provides the understanding of time series that profile the flow of customer activity and the use of the evidenced dynamics for the future prediction of these behaviors. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Abstract
In recent years growing volumes of data have made the task of applying various machine learning algorithms a challenge in a great number of cases. This challenge is posed in two main ways: training time and processing load. Normally, problems in these two categories may be attributed to irrelevant, redundant, or noisy features. So as to avoid this type of feature most pre-processing pipelines include a step dedicated so selecting the most relevant features or combining existing ones into a single better representation. These techniques are denominated dimensionality reduction techniques. In this work, we aim to present a short look at the current state of the art in this area. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Abstract
Goal: The main goal of this research is to analyse the behaviour of a set of ten lot-sizing methods applied to different application scenarios, within the context of more traditional MRP-based manufacturing environments and on JIT/ Kanbans oriented ones. Design/Methodology/Approach: After an extended literature review, a quantitative research method is used to provide a comparative analysis on the performance of the lot-sizing methods under different simulated application scenarios, with variations in demand and peaks of seasonality. Moreover, a final summary provides the error deviations for lot-sizing methods regarding increases in demand variations and seasonality indexes. Results: The study analyses lot-sizing methods and discusses benefits and risks associated to its use in application scenarios marked by a considerable variation in demand or peaks in seasonality. Limitations of the investigation: As the application scenarios did not explore variations in the ordering and stock holding costs, further analysis including these kinds of variations is encouraged. Practical implications: The findings of this research enable the enhancement of the conscience of industrial practitioners, regarding the selection of best suited lot-sizing methods for being applied on each kind of manufacturing scenario, regarding MRP or JIT/Kanban environments. Originality/Value: Given the diversity of the existing lot-sizing methods, for instance, the heuristic ones, authors can find it quite difficult to select appropriate methods for solving their problems for each kind of application scenario. Therefore, the present study can provide useful knowledge to better support decision making in the lot-sizing domain.

Abstract
Accurate identification of an uncertain underwater environment is one of the challenges of underwater robotics. Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) needs to understand its environment accurately to achieve autonomous tasks. The method proposed in this paper is a real-time automatic target recognition based on Side Scan Sonar images to detect and localize a harbor's wall. This paper explains real-time Side Scan Sonar image generation and compares three Deep Learning object detection algorithms (YOLOv5, YOLOvS-TR, and YOLOX) using transfer learning. The YOLOv5-TR algorithm has the most accurate detection with 99% during training, whereas the YOLOX provides the best accuracy of 91.3% for a recorded survey detection. The YOLOX algorithm realizes the flow chart validation's real-time detection and target localization.

SUPERCONDUCTOR SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY

Abstract
More than a century after the discovery of superconductors (SCs), numerous studies have been accomplished to take advantage of SCs in physics, power engineering, quantum computing, electronics, communications, aviation, healthcare, and defence-related applications. However, there are still challenges that hinder the full-scale commercialization of SCs, such as the high cost of superconducting wires/tapes, technical issues related to AC losses, the structure of superconducting devices, the complexity and high cost of the cooling systems, the critical temperature, and manufacturing-related issues. In the current century, massive advancements have been achieved in artificial intelligence (AI) techniques by offering disruptive solutions to handle engineering problems. Consequently, AI techniques can be implemented to tackle those challenges facing superconductivity and act as a shortcut towards the full commercialization of SCs and their applications. AI approaches are capable of providing fast, efficient, and accurate solutions for technical, manufacturing, and economic problems with a high level of complexity and nonlinearity in the field of superconductivity. In this paper, the concept of AI and the widely used algorithms are first given. Then a critical topical review is presented for those conducted studies that used AI methods for improvement, design, condition monitoring, fault detection and location of superconducting apparatuses in large-scale power applications, as well as the prediction of critical temperature and the structure of new SCs, and any other related applications. This topical review is presented in three main categories: AI for large-scale superconducting applications, AI for superconducting materials, and AI for the physics of SCs. In addition, the challenges of applying AI techniques to the superconductivity and its applications are given. Finally, future trends on how to integrate AI techniques with superconductivity towards commercialization are discussed.
