Artificial intelligence algorithms for monitoring antibiotic residues

[Closed]

Work description

The scope of the Smartgnostics project includes developing a monitoring device to monitor antibiotics and antibiotic residues in water, soil and food. This device will make it possible to monitor antibiotics and antibiotic residues to measure the impact of these residues on the selective pressure for the creation of new multi-resistant bacterial strains, correlating with their appearance and contributing to the creation of an action plan for the detoxification and elimination of these residues. The development begins with the device's design and molecular tests on antibiotics and antibiotic residues. It includes building a beta prototype, testing specificity and detection limits, and validating the matrix. To increase the potential of this device, a data integration platform will be developed with analytics and machine learning capabilities. This work focuses on the development and validation of the device.
