Work description
Within the scope of the CAGED project, it is planned to research and develop machine learning algorithms for the processing of gastric endoscopy images. The work of the scholarship holder will take place at FCUP's facilities, with regular visits and meetings to the IPO facilities and are developed within the scope of this project, the following being the main associated tasks: - Research and develop machine learning algorithms for the processing of gastric endoscopy images. - Lead or support the writing of scientific publications associated with this work
Academic Qualifications
BSc in the fields of Informatics Engineering.
Minimum profile required
BSc in Informatics Engineering with at least 15 final average grade (out of 20 points)Frequency of a MSc program in the scientific area of Data Science
Preference factors
Previous experience in data science. Ability to clearly propose research ideas.
