Work description
- employ state-of-the-art NLP techniques to extract clinical narratives from the textual medical records; - evaluate the effectiveness of the techniques; - develop methods to transform the extracted clinical narratives into structured data formats, linking relevant entities and attributes to enable efficient knowledge management; - write a scientific article about the work developed.
Academic Qualifications
Degree in computer science ou similar area
Minimum profile required
- have Portuguese as a native language;- ability to read, write and speak in English
Preference factors
- knowledge of NLP and machine learning.
