Work description

Development of strategies for the automatic analysis of computed tomography images to improve the prediction of coronary artery disease (CAD). The work plan of this grant consists of the development of deep learning methods for the prediction of CAD, namely through the development of automatic methods for the detection of calcifications, anatomical structure segmentation and/or artificial generation of computed tomography images.

Academic Qualifications

MSc in Biomedical Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related;

Minimum profile required

- MSc grade point average equal to or greater than 14/20;- Experience in computer vision and/or deep learnin

Preference factors

- Experience in Python and PyTorch/Keras;
