Work description
The project is divided into three tasks, in which the candidate will be involved: 1) developing demand models for shared urban mobility; 2) application and insights for a case study in a specific city; 3) writing a scientific paper to disseminate the results. This is a collaborative position and the candidate is expected to work with the other members of the team.
Minimum profile required
Scientific expertise in quantitative and qualitative decision-support methods, in the area of Industrial Engineering and Management or similar. High autonomy. Fluency in OOP languages such as C++ or Python. Proficiency in English.
Preference factors
Experience in R&D on the topic of urban mobility. Experience with mathematical programming, metaheuristics, and data science methods. Good communication skills. Fluency in English, written and spoken. Experience in publishing scientific papers and its dissemination in scientific conferences.
