Work description
- State about service design approaches, such as the focus on the design of transformative services in the context of living labs. - Development of a participatory service design approach to support citizens on their energy transition journey. - Monitoring the application of the approach developed in the four living labs of the DECODIT project. - Development of data collection and analysis, as well as writing scientific articles with the results of the project.
Academic Qualifications
MSc in Design / Industrial Engineering and Management or Services/ Management / Engineering and Public Policy.
Minimum profile required
MSc in Design / Industrial Engineering and Management or Services/ Management / Engineering and Public Policy.English language proficiency.
Preference factors
Experience or training in service design, design for sustainability, co-creation and citizen engagement. Interest in undertaking a PhD related to the project.
