Work description
1. PCB design, including unit cell test boards for waveguide environment and RIS tiles. 2. Implementation of RIS control algorithms on microcontrollers. 3. Testing of the developed PCBs, including the experimental validation of electronic circuits, and S-parameter characterization using a VNA. 5. Experimental characterization of RIS in an anechoic chamber. 6. Writing the scholarship activity report.
Academic Qualifications
Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar area.
Minimum profile required
Experience with electronic circuit simulation tools;Experience in performing experimental measurements of electronic systems and antennas in an anechoic chamber.
Preference factors
Experience in developing algorithms for controlling the phase profile of RIS for beam-steering.
