Electrotechnical Engineering - Energy modelling in ports
[Closed]
Work description
- Identify and select the physical models that will serve as the basis for developing the energy consumption models, for example, for the Onshore Power Supply; - Development of the algorithms that will allow the modelling of the consumption of the different assets and equipment that support the ports' logistics activities, - Python implementation of the developed algorithms, - Supporting the integration of the modules developed into energy management platforms and tools for ports, - Prepare a scientific report on activities and write scientific articles.
Minimum profile required
- Basic knowledge of energy systems, namely demand models for different sectors and integration with decarbonized energy vectors;- Knowledge of the Python programming language, or similar;- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
Preference factors
- Experience in developing energy consumption models in ports environment. - Programming skills in Python or similar; - Knowledge of decarbonization plans at European and national level.
