Work description
1. Introduction to design flow of integrated circuits for high-frequencies of operation; 2. Test and characterization of CMOS/BiCMOS/SOI technologies adequate for RIS; 3. Simulation of switching active devices for high-frequencies; 4. Layout design of integrated circuits/functions for GHz-band; 5. Write the grand activities report
Academic Qualifications
Enrollment in the Licenciatura in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Minimum profile required
- Experience with integrated electronic circuit simulation tools;- Experience in designing electronic circuits, as well as carrying out test and validation circuits.
Preference factors
- Experience in CMOS design.
