Work description
The work will be focused on citizen engagement with sustainable energy solutions, involving qualitative and quantitative studies of the drivers of citizen engagement with smart energy services, the development of engagement strategies and new service solutions, and the analysis of the impact on citizen engagement and change on energy consumption behaviors.
Academic Qualifications
MSc in Service Engineering and Management, Industrial Engineering and Management or Management / Economics.
Minimum profile required
The combined background of service engineering and management is preferred. Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
Preference factors
Previous experience in the development of new technology enabled services and the study of customer experience and customer engagement.
