Work description
- State of the art and development of a conceptual model of antecedents, dimensions, and consequences of the experience with smart energy services. -Literature review aiming to identify operationalizations of the different experience factors and their respective measurement models, with a view to developing a survey instrument to measure the experience of smart energy services.
Academic Qualifications
MSc in Service Engineering and Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, Management / Economics or Statistics for Social Sciences.
Minimum profile required
Master in Service Engineering and Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Management, or Statistics for Social Sciences.Good knowledge of English language.
Preference factors
Experience or training in Engineering and Public Policy.
