Work description
Study and investigate state-of-the-art proprioceptive and exteroceptive sensing strategies for implementing robotic gripping technologies, safety routines and trajectory correction for manipulating tissues and complex objects. Development of algorithms and data processing applied to real robots. Production of scientific articles and communication of results.
Academic Qualifications
Master in Electrical Engineering and related areas
Minimum profile required
Programming in C/C++ and Python; ROS framework; Experience with proprioceptive/exteroceptive sensors; Gazebo simulator; optimization methods; signal processing.
Preference factors
Proven experience with processing data from proprioceptive/exteroceptive sensors (excluding computer vision)
