Work description
Support the coordination of the CINDERELLA and HfPT projects and support of the technical tasks associated with the projects, team management and guidance of junior researchers, scientific production for international journals and conferences, intervention in the scientific and professional communities, as well as coordination and participation in scientific and technological dissemination initiatives, particularly in the field of Computational Learning and Medical Image Analysis. The technical tasks include: - identify and select appropriate methods for 2D/3D data processing to support decision making in the process of breast cancer treatment; - implement the selected methods for 2D/3D data processing to support decision making in the process of breast cancer treatment;
Academic Qualifications
Electrical and Computer Engineering, Bioengineering, Computing or similar, or related scientific field
Preference factors
- Experience as a post-doctoral researcher. - Experience in the application of computer learning and deep learning techniques in the specific area of image analysis. -Experience with 3D point cloud analysis. - Experience in Python - Experience in the participation in international projects. - Fluent in English.
