Work description
- TRIBE LAB Team Management Support: Assist in the coordination and daily management of the team, ensuring an efficient and collaborative work environment. - Planning, Monitoring and Prioritization: Manage key milestones and deliverables of TRIBE LAB projects and prototypes, ensuring that objectives are achieved within established deadlines. - Representation at Meetings: Participate and represent TRIBE LAB in ongoing and exploratory project meetings, effectively communicating the progress and challenges faced. - Supervision and Review of Reports: Review and supervise TRIBE LAB project reports, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the information presented.
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Administration, Marketing or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Management)
Minimum profile required
Knowledge of project management
Preference factors
- Knowledge in Project Management: PMP certification will be considered an advantage. - Knowledge of Agile Methodologies: Experience and familiarity with agile methodologies for project management. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong team spirit, conflict management skills and high emotional intelligence. - Effective Communication: Excellent public communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and convincingly.
