Study and development of a fiber optic sensor for monitoring the curing process of concrete structures

Work description

This scholarship is part of a project to develop and implement optical sensors in an industrial context. Different types of sensors will be used to monitor the curing processes of concrete structures supporting offshore wind turbines. This scholarship aims to study and develop optimized optical solutions for monitoring humidity and temperature inside the walls of concrete structures, which would allow measuring their degradation and loss of impermeability.
