Work description
The Biomedical Engineering Research Center (C-BER) at INESC TEC has been creating partnerships with several hospitals to develop research lines in the neurological area, collecting data that is extremely important for the group's scientific advances in the diagnosis and monitoring of neurological diseases. This scholarship aims for the candidate to be included in a work team and support the relationship with hospitals and data collection and management.
Academic Qualifications
Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar areas
Minimum profile required
Familiarity with the clinical environment. Previous experience and ease of use of medical technology, as well as laboratory prototypes. Some knowledge of signal processing techniques in the area of neuroengineering and its challenges.
Preference factors
Previous participation in data collection in a clinical environment and its management. Willingness to continue work on a master's thesis.
